About Us
Eker Olive’s high quality olive products are prepared at the Eker Gıda Llc. in Aydın which located in Aegean Region in Turkey. Eker Gıda Llc., one of the largest olive processing plant in Turkey, was founded in 1994 with the purchase and sale of olives and afterwards it transformed to a Limited Liable Company and started to produce high quality products for the local and foreign markets under their own trademark Eker.
The factory has a closed area of 6000 square meter with a yearly production and sale capacity of 4000 tons packed products in accordance with the Turkish food codex espacially to the foreing markets in Astim Organized Industrial Zone. Eker Olives are selected from the highest quality olives produced in Turkey’s best olive growing regions.

Marinated Olives Recipe
1 cup Green Olives (medium pitted, 6 oz)
1 cup Black Olives (medium pitted, 6 oz)
1 teaspoon Whole Fennel Seeds
1 Medium Garlic Clove (minced)
1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary (chopped, or thyme)
2 teaspoons Fresh Parsley (chopped, basil or tarragon)
¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar (or lemon juice)
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon Salt

Roasted Olives with Lemon, Garlic and Herbs
Put the olives in an 8-inch square nonreactive baking pan. Squeeze the juice from the lemon quarters over the olives and add the lemon quarters to the pan, along with the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, fennel seeds, oregano, red pepper flakes, and rosemary. Stir until well combined. Bake for 30 minutes.
